APIE

The Association Intermédiaire de l'APIE brings together private individuals, professionals and local authorities with supported and supervised employees, to meet practical day-to-day needs. Work is carried out in all 10 towns in the Greater Nazaire area: Saint-Nazaire, Montoir-de-Bretagne, Donges, Trignac, Pornichet, Saint-André-des-Eaux, Saint-Joachim, Saint-Malo-de-Guersac, La Chapelle-des-Marais and Besné.

On a day-to-day basis, APIE can help you with :
- home maintenance (cleaning, ironing, shopping, meal preparation),
- garden maintenance (mowing, weeding, vegetable gardening, hedge trimming, planting, etc.).

On a more occasional basis, our teams can also be called upon to carry out :
- building work (interior painting, floor laying, wallpapering, DIY),
- removals, sorting and storage,
- caretaking and temporary surveillance of residences,
- maintenance and preparation of rental or vacation accommodation.

Each assignment is carefully studied: APIE visits the client's home to assess the precise needs and skills required. All equipment is the responsibility of the customer, guaranteeing simple, transparent organization.
