Her role

Laurence is the driving force behind the visitor experience at Pornichet Tourist Office.

She works closely with restaurants, bars and local tourism partners every day. As the coordinator for quality labels and the Accueil Vélo label, she also helps ensure an ever more seamless and sustainable visitor experience, with a particular focus on soft mobility.

Deeply passionate about the destination, she also coordinates guided tours designed to reveal a different side of Pornichet, blending heritage, lifestyle and local stories.

Where you might spot her

Walking the coastal trail or around the harbour at sunset.

And outside work?

A karaoke enthusiast who loves singing at full volume 🎤

Bastian Girard

Sustainable Quality Manager

Bastian Girard

His role

Bastian leads Pornichet’s sustainable tourism strategy as well as our internal quality management programme.

On a daily basis, he helps visitors discover the very best of Pornichet. Strongly committed to sustainability issues, he oversees our Green Destinations and Destination d’Excellence initiatives, helping the destination move towards an increasingly sustainable tourism.

As coordinator for ticketing, artisan workshop visits, leisure activities and visitor attractions, he also works closely with local partners to showcase the best experiences available both in Pornichet and the surrounding area.

Where you might spot him

At Plage de Bonne Source for a run or quietly reading by the sea.

And outside work?

An absolute expert when it comes to world capitals 🗼

Marie-Laure de l'espinay

Ticketing, Artisan Workshop Visits, Transport & Nautical Activities Specialist

Marie Laure de l'Espinay

Her role

Marie-Laure (currently replacing Clara) welcomes visitors and helps them organise their stay in Pornichet.

In charge of ticketing services, she makes access to local activities and events simple and seamless. As our nautical activities specialist, she also highlights everything there is to experience on and around the ocean so visitors can fully embrace the coastal side of Pornichet.

Where you might spot her

Along the coastal trail or somewhere around the peninsula, alternating between hiking 🥾 in the fresh air and running 🏃🏻‍♀️ by the ocean.

And outside work?

After years of travelling and gathering experiences around the world, Marie-Laure decided to return to her roots eighteen months ago. A sports enthusiast, she is also passionate about badminton 🏸

Clara Biotteau

Travel Advisor

Currently on a sabbatical leave, Clara is travelling the world, combining discovery with professional development. During her absence, Marie-Laure is temporarily stepping in.

Her role

Marie welcomes visitors every day and helps them discover the very best of Pornichet.

As part of her work-study programme, she actively contributes to the daily life of the Tourist Office while developing her expertise within the tourism sector. Curious and highly involved, she helps guide visitors, share recommendations and make every stay as enjoyable as possible.

Walking the countryside trails.

And outside work?

Retail, Accommodation & Events Calendar Specialist

Her role

Élodie welcomes visitors every day and helps them discover Pornichet and everything the destination has to offer.

Alongside this, she works closely with local businesses and accommodation providers while managing the events calendar, ensuring activities and events remain visible, attractive and always up to date for both visitors and residents.

At Plage de Sainte-Marguerite or in the town centre in the evening.

And outside work?

She loves landscape photography 📸

Manuella Le Bohec

Website, Heritage & Press Relations Specialist

Manuella Le Bohec

Her role

Manuella develops and manages communication strategies designed to promote Pornichet to visitors, media outlets and tourism partners.

In charge of press relations, she highlights the destination’s latest news, major projects and key events. As the website and heritage content specialist, she also ensures Pornichet’s story is told through its history, identity and iconic places.

Where you might spot her

Everywhere… although Plage de Sainte-Marguerite remains her favourite place for a sea swim.

And outside work?

She devours five to six novels 📚 every month and has a passion for beautiful typography and architecture 🏛️

Julie Neveu

Community Manager


Social Media & Professional Networking Specialist

Her role

Julie brings Pornichet to life every day on social media through photography, video, storytelling and inspiring content. A true destination reporter, she is constantly meeting local businesses, discovering new places and sharing the experiences that shape Pornichet’s identity.

As coordinator of professional networking events, she also helps strengthen local partnerships and connections between tourism stakeholders.

Where you might spot her

Walking along the coast with her dog 🐕 or enjoying a great local crêperie 🥞

And outside work?

She secretly dreams of receiving her acceptance letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry 🧙🏻

Geneviève Ardeois

Shop, Administration & HR Specialist

Geneviève Ardeois

Her role

Geneviève oversees accounting, administration and HR management for both Pornichet Tourisme and Pornichet Évènements. A vital support for the entire team, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

As manager of the Pornichet Tourisme boutique, she also curates the retail space with a keen visual merchandising eye, monitors performance and helps expand the product range offered to visitors.

Walking the Guérande Peninsula trails with her family — including Django 🐶

And outside work?

She sings in an alternative and socially engaged choir 👩🏼‍🎤 and is passionate about upcycling ♻️

Christophe Gavet

Christophe Gavet

His role

Christophe leads both Pornichet Tourisme and Pornichet Évènements. He oversees the overall strategy, long-term vision and implementation of the organisation’s development plan.

Destination development, brand awareness, event strategy and sustainable transition all fall within his scope, supporting teams in shaping a destination that is dynamic, human-centred and deeply committed to responsible tourism.

Where you might spot him

On the beach, walking his dog or riding his mountain bike through Pornichet’s avenues and the landscapes of Brière.

And outside work?

Deeply attached to biodiversity 🍀, people and animal welfare 😸, Christophe also has a genuine passion for baking 🧁

His signature homemade speciality? The timeless Tarte Tatin.
