On this guided walk in Pornichet, Fanny will take you on a journey to discover the wild plants that line the paths and the bike trail behind the RV parking lot.

For an hour and a half, young and old alike will awaken their senses during a friendly stroll: observing, touching, smelling, tasting… and rediscovering the ancient culinary and medicinal properties of coastal plants. Plantain, poppies, and many other species reveal their secrets through anecdotes, practical tips, and tastings.

On the agenda: making a soothing natural balm, recipe ideas featuring plantain flowers in salads, omelets, or quiches, tasting a delicious poppy syrup, and discovering many little-known uses for wild plants.

An engaging and passionate educator, Fanny involves the children throughout the tour and provides participants with a recipe booklet and a herbarium to complete during the walk. A gentle and inspiring experience to reconnect with nature.
