Founded in 2017, the brewery draws on two complementary backgrounds. Damien, a master brewer for over 25 years, shares his invaluable artisanal expertise. Sébastien, a passionate brewer, honed his skills through a combination of informed hobbyist experience and specialized training before bringing this local project to life.

Here, every beer is the result of a carefully crafted balance. Raw materials are selected for their quality and origin to ensure consistent, refined, and approachable flavors. Behind the modern facilities, the process remains artisanal, faithful to a tradition that prioritizes time, precision, and passion.
