Paprec Figaro Solo Race 2026

Compétition sportive

Pornichet will welcome the sailors competing in the 2026 edition of La Solitaire du Figaro Paprec at the end of the second leg, which starts in Vigo, Spain. La Solitaire du Figaro Paprec is a solo, multi-leg sailing race that starts in France and covers a distance of 1,500 to 2,000 nautical miles. Since 2019, it has been contested using Bénéteau Figaro 3 boats.

An exhibitor village will be set up at Place des Océanes.

Wednesday, May 27
- 2:00 p.m.: Village opens
- 3:00 p.m.: Village inauguration
- 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Concert by Les Débarqués (folk music, Irish traditions, and sea shanties) at the village
- 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: introductory kayaking and canoeing sessions from the beaching area with Canoë Kayak Presqu’île Côte d’Amour—registration required
- 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: arrival of skippers at the marina
- 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM: Interactive performance by the Mic Mac theater company in the village
- 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM: One-hour catamaran trips to experience sailing in the bay with Mouette and Sea—registration required
