12th International Yoga Day

Taking the time to breathe, refocus, and move gently: that is the spirit of this 12th International Yoga Day.

During this free event, we’ll come together for a group practice led by Indian master Guru Karthikeswara Yogacharya, accompanied by yoga instructors. Together, we’ll follow the official International Yoga Day protocol in a session open to everyone, held under the patronage of the Indian Embassy in France and supported by participating municipalities. Just remember to bring your mat.

Throughout the session, everyone progresses at their own pace and enjoys the benefits of yoga in an atmosphere of sharing and serenity. There will also be a raffle for a chance to win an Ayurvedic massage at the Centre Santé et Naturel in Guérande, to extend this interlude dedicated to well-being and the discovery of Indian traditions.
