Les Estivales: Dynamic Nordic Walking

Want to get moving in a different way while enjoying the great outdoors? Dynamic walking with poles offers a well-rounded, accessible, and invigorating activity—a cross between an active stroll and a fitness session.

Organized by Rando Côte d’Amour, this activity alternates between walking and a variety of exercises to engage the entire body. Using special resistance poles, you’ll work on endurance, muscle strength, balance, and cardio in a friendly atmosphere. The session is structured around warm-ups, walking segments interspersed with exercise stations, followed by stretches to wind down gently.
