The Treasures of the Virtuoso Violinist

Over the course of an evening, the violin reveals the full range of its emotions, from the depth of the great classical works to the most brilliant displays of virtuosity.

Natacha Triadou presents a concert with commentary that invites the audience to discover or rediscover some of the treasures of the repertoire. Through works by Bach, Ysaÿe, Sarasate, Paganini, and Ernst, she takes the audience on a musical journey that is at once sensitive, poetic, and spectacular. The program concludes with Ernst’s famous *Carnival of Venice*, a veritable musical fireworks display.
