Les Renc'Arts
When night falls, the Renc'Arts festival transforms Pornichet into a vast open-air stage where every performance invites you to see things in a new light.
The evening kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with L’Eddy Guinguette, a friendly gathering where you can share a picnic or enjoy the food trucks, all while taking in performances by amateur and emerging artists. At 9:11 p.m., two worlds unfold side by side: *Tempête*, an inventive adaptation of Shakespeare’s *The Tempest* in which the troupe faces the elements with humor and poetry, and *Vent d’Ouest*, a wild circus show that reimagines the Wild West through acrobatics, rodeo, and music. At 9:30 p.m., *Cochon Cochon* follows the comical escape of two little pigs in a wordless fable that’s as tender as it is mischievous. Then at 10:20 p.m., *Jogging* takes the audience on a journey through time that’s as funny as it is thought-provoking, before giving way at 10:30 p.m. to *Faune*, a production blending circus, dance, and acrobatics that poetically explores our connection to the living world.
An evening where different worlds intersect without ever being alike, filled with laughter, emotion, artistic feats, and moments of wonder, all in the festive and curious spirit that makes Renc’Arts so unique.
