Located on the 2nd floor with a private entrance, this 70 m² apartment can accommodate 4 to 8 people. Fully renovated with eco-friendly materials, it offers a comfortable setting for a stay in Pornichet with family or friends.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. Upstairs, the loft has 4 single beds, with the option to push two of them together to form a double bed. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment.

Upon arrival, the beds are made and linens are provided. A starter pack of groceries is also available to make the beginning of your stay easier.

And because Pornichet is all about enjoying the outdoors, beach towels and beach games are available, as are bicycles and inflatable paddleboards. The apartment also provides access to a garage for bicycles and sailing gear, as well as a sports locker room with a shower and restroom. A shared laundry area with a dryer rounds out the amenities.
