A Tourist Office recognized for its warm welcome
We have been ranked le classement en Catégorie I (category 1 classification) since 2013. Category 1 is the highest national recognition.
This classification is renewed every 5 years by the subprefecture and allows us to be classified as a seaside resort with the acknowledgment of
excellence in guest experience.
Qualité Tourisme: A French label
The Tourist Office has been holding the brand Qualité Tourisme since 2019.
Qualité Tourisme is an exclusive French label recognizing tourism professionals for the quality of their warm welcome and guest services.
The label Qualité Tourisme is offering you a quality guarantee. We do not hoard our expertise and our services are regularly audited.
This is our way to provide you with excellence in welcome!
A cycle-friendly Tourist Office
In 2021, we gained the label Accueil Vélo which ensures warm welcome and quality services to itinerant cyclists travelling along the cycle
itineraries.
We are committed to be located under 5 kilometres away from a cycle route, to have specific equipment at the disposal of cyclists (shelters,
repair kits…) and to provide dedicated services to cycle travellers.
We also carry cycling route maps… of course!

We have also been members of Entreprise Accueillante since 2023, a local network dedicated to enhancing companies engaged in presenting their
trade and promoting employment for all.
We are proud to be engaged in welcoming interns, in participating in events linked to employment and integration, in organising innovative
recruitment actions as well as encouraging on block release hiring.
