The loft bed is intended for a child over 6 years old and weighing no more than 70 kg; otherwise, the house sleeps 4 people.

Mandatory cleaning fee: €70 - Rental of sheets, towels, and dish towels: €18 per bed per stay.
Option to pick up and store online groceries purchased at the nearby supermarket before the guests' arrival: service charged at €30, payable on site at the reception desk.
