A charming little villa of character from the 30's, entirely renovated and decorated with care, located in the center of town in front of a nice square with trees, two steps from the market place and 200 m from the beach.

Ground floor: living room/dining room, fully equipped separate kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds (or one king-size bed) and, on a mezzanine (with a screen), two single pull-out beds (or one queen-size bed), office area.
Small enclosed garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
Parking available on the avenue in front of the house.

Weekend rentals (minimum 2 nights) and short stays are possible (excluding June to September).

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €90.

Linens are not provided by the owner but can be rented upon request.

A baby cot is available for rent.

Weekly rentals range from €600 to €1650. Please contact the owner for more information; they are very responsive.
